Payment Policy

Payment Options:
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards and debit cards including CareCredit.
Insurance:
We will submit information to your insurance provider so reimbursement can be made according to your coverage. However, insurance is a relationship between you and your provider and is your responsibility to confirm coverage and payment for any amount not covered.
Payment Plans:
Harlan Dental offers payment plans through CareCredit, a patient financing company. For more information, to make a payment or apply online click Here!
Refunds:
Refunds for any over payment will be sent after treatment is completed and insurance has been collected.
Collections:
Any account with no payment activity exceeding 90 days will be sent for collection.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Patients with insurance required to pay 20% plus deductible at time of service.
  • Comprehensive dental work requiring multiple visits a 50% deposit is due at the first appointment. Botox and Invisalign procedures are due in full on day of appointment.
  • Unpaid balances exceeding 60 days will be charged a $5 per month billing fee
